The ARG/US Standard is a set of safety measurements for evaluating charter operators' safety systems, including such critical areas as pilot-training programs, aircraft insurance and the quality of maintenance-related record keeping. ARG/US developed the standard in cooperation with its Customer Advisory Board, a panel consisting of management representatives from flight departments at Fortune 100 companies and other large corporations.
